START with a solid FOUNDATION!

The Creator God designed marriage to be enjoyed. It is within the bonds of marriage that we can find love, sexual fulfillment, security and significance. But even the best marriages take hard work. Life is full of surprises, struggles, and stress. Conflict is inevitable, ruts are common, obstacles need to be surmounted, and boredom is a relationship killer. Some people complain that having a good marriage shouldn’t be so difficult, but anything of worth takes work.

So, lets get to work! It will be worth it! If you take a look around this website you will find lots of tools to fill your proverbial relationship toolbox. All the effort in the world is no good if there is no foundational training and we are here to help you build a solid foundation upon which to build your relationship house. Exercises for better communication mean nothing if there is no durable footing underneath your marriage.

The way we do this is by providing:

Premarital Counseling - so you can REFLECT on your relationship and prepare for marriage

Couples Counseling/Coaching - so you can REFRESH your marriage and take it from surviving to thriving in weekly or by-weekly sessions

The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work workshops-  so you can REAWAKEN your marriage by engaging in this 4 month (1 Saturday per month, 5-hour training class)

Marriage Intensives - so you can REVIVE a struggling marriage with a personally designed program and 8 to 16 hours of coaching, along with exercises, relaxation, and fun that will get you unstuck and back on track to a healthy and vibrant marriage

When you’re totally stressed, do you experience stomach pain? If so, there’s a good explanation: Stress can cause your nervous system to go into survival mode, either accelerating or shutting down digestion. This may be why half of patients with indigestion also suffer from anxiety disorders, according to research. Treating underlying emotional issues helps: In a 2013 study, subjects who had 18 weeks of talk therapy sessions had an average 50 percent improvement in their digestive symptoms. Taking the time to be mindful by cutting back on multitasking also helps.                                                                                                                                           Weight Watchers Magazine
